Foods....A lot of foods...

Back to the present day, ari ni ak nk wat post pasal makanan yang ak masak kt sini...
"yee haaaww!! let's makan, partner!!" - cowboy bugis

1. Sayur Goreng

Antara lauk terawal aku masak. Super simple ingredient - broccoli, eggs and Adabi's Sayur Goreng paste. Result? X berapa nak hadam sangat la... lolz

2. Mee Goreng Ruski


Mee Ruski. Very surprising. Lagi sedap dari Maggi or Sedaap. Rugi bawak stock ckit... 


3. Kurma' Ayam Adabi


Ok, this one is actually a can food. Ak x modify byk sgt, just bubuh sayur and peppers jer. And some carrots also. Bottom line, even with the additional veges, still not so good.
Not my fault.. (-_-)

4. Nasi Goreng Kampung Adabi


This was not the first time I cooked nasi goreng. But this was the first time I cooked nasi goreng using Adabi's instant. Not bad. I brought 4 packets but left with one now. Will make this one again before coming back to Malaysia.

5. Nasi Putih + Chicken Sausages + Egg + Waddehel'isdet?


Ok, lauk atas nasi tu ak lupa lauk apa. Nampak mcm ayam kicap. Tapi ak xpernah masak ayam kicap. Yang ni pelik... Hahaha.. Nie dikira lauk segera kalau ak malas nk masak..

6. Nasi putih + Sosej ayam + Teluq + Ayam masak Tom Yam Putih


Tom Yam Putih. Ak xpernah rasa before this. Xsure la ak ak masak betul ka x.. Overall, biasa2 jer..

7. Telur dadar + Kebab Ayam + Kebab Daging + Roti Pita + Roti + Sos Salsa and Tartar



Yang ni saja jer bikin gempak. Yang betul2 ak masak telur dadar jer. Yang len reheat dari leftover makan kt luar malam sebelumnya. 

8. Nasi Putih + Sardin + Telur Bawang


Simple, looks a bit gross yet quite appetizing. Saper x suka sardin yer x? lol


8. Mee Hoon Goreng Tom Yam Putih


Before masak lauk nie, ak ada try masak mee hoon tomyam (ada kuah), tapi xmenjadi. X sedap dan dibuang begitue sahaja. Then ak try buat nie, at least better than expected.

9. Nasi Putih + Kurma' Ayam + Telur Dadar 


Perasan x, mostly lauk ak makan, mesti ada teluq dadar.. haha.. Saja menambahkan lauk. Baru la variety ckit. Tapi Kurma' Ayam nie memang terbaik setakat nie. Xsesedap masakan ibu aku, tapi rank as no. 1 in my own cooked food list.  

10. Nasi Putih + Ayam Spices + Kentang Goreng + Sardin


Nothing special about this one. Cuma ada Ayam salut rempah tu jer la. Overall ok la siap ada kicap....~~~

 11. Kari Ayam

It was a disaster!!! Ak nie jenis suka makan bawang merah, so I thought if I put more onions in this dish, it should come up with a good taste. I was wrong. Nyesal tgok resepi internet. Dia kata blend/tumbuk sebiji bawang merah, ak pun blend la. Tapi ak lupa bawang merah sini 2-3 kali ganda lagi besar. End up the taste of the onion is much stronger then the curry powder itself. Too bad. Makan jer la. Still ada lagi lauk nie. Ak rasa 3 4 hari belum tentu abis.. hahah..

ps - lauk ni gak buat aku x g opis pagi tadi, cirit punya pasal
12. Garden Salad

Lauk nie baru try buat tadi. Ingredient - Lettuce, Baby carrot, Fries, Scramble Eggs and Thousands Island as the dressing. Just average.

13. White Mushroom Alfredo with Meat Chunk and Beef Sausages

I am not sure how to say about this one. At the beginning, all seems to be perfect. The sauce was nice, sausages and mushroom readied, spaghetti cooked well enough. At the moment the minced meat was added, everything drastically went wrong. Sauce nya dari warna putih, teruih jadi warna pinkish.... Pasai pa? pasai ak x rebus dulu daging hancur tu. Why it turned out to be pinkish? BLLOOODDDD'd...!! 

Bila pikir balik, rasa nk muntah pun ada.. Camna la aku boleh abiskan 2/3 dari portion yg aku masak nie... Maybe aku ni ada darah2 Cullen? Maybe........~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~


14. White Mushroom Bolognese with Meat Chunk and Beef Sausages 


2nd time masak spaghetti. Ak belajar dari kesilapan.. kali ni ak rebus dulu daging, and then goreng lagi... kasi betul2 masak... geram punya pasal.. haha... end result kira boleh la... senang hadam gak laa....... kasi letak cheese lagi senang hadam laa.......
